That the sustainability <\/strong>is a key axis for the strategic development of the company. company <\/strong>and for the improvement of its competitiveness <\/strong>does not need much justification nowadays.     Many of you may have already heard about B Corp, but I would like to dedicate a few lines to explain what this proposal consists of.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    B Corp, international certification and its self-assessment tool<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    B Corp<\/strong> is an international certification granted by the organization B Lab<\/a><\/strong> a companies that meet high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability.<\/strong> This international certification evaluates how a company <\/strong>impacts its employees, suppliers, the community, the environment and its customers, ensuring that the company do not only look for economic benefit<\/strong>, but also to generate a positive impact on society and the planet.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In summary, we could say that Certified B Corp companies are committed to generating a positive social, environmental and economic impact.<\/strong> To carry out this commitment, a comprehensive assessment of its practices is conducted, ranging from corporate governance and labor policies to environmental sustainability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    This self-evaluation <\/strong>is carried out through a free tool<\/a> <\/strong>that B Lab has developed, adapting this tool to the reality of the company: its size, the markets in which it operates, the services and products it develops, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    This first step of self-assessment is not always easy, but it is essential<\/strong> to have a good diagnosis from which to move forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
